Alaska's Denali Zone

The State of Alaska officially recognizes the name of the mountain as Denali, whereas the federal government still recognizes the name Mt. McKinley. So, its really a personal decision as to whether you prefer a nice descriptive native term or a term that was named after a US politican who became president, but who never saw the mountain for which he was named for.

Printing Wolves - Grizzly Bear Fighting Images
Recently, I have had inquiries from potential customers regarding wall décor prints from my gray wolf – grizzly bear fighting scene as depicted in the Alaska Geographic booklet handed out on the Tundra Wilderness Tour (in Denali National Park, Alaska): Denali Tapestry – A Wilderness Tour Companion.
The images of the gray wolves and grizzly bear fighting scenes on my website are from reproduction quality duplicates that Nancy Scans has on hand. I don't allow the original 35mm slides out because they could never be replaced if they were damaged or lost as this was quite literally a once in a lifetime event.
I feel that reproduction quality duplicates are fine for publication but will not produce a sharp enough image for printing. So these specific gray wolf – grizzly bear fighting images on my website are only available for publication.
But there is an alternative; Alaska Stock Images represents and markets my photography and they have high resolution scans made from the original images. They should be able to fulfill any print order you would like from these images.
I contacted Carrie Tough from Alaska Stock (carrie@alaskastock.com) yesterday and you can either go directly to the website and enter the ASI code numbers (with spaces) into the search box or you can search with the keywords of "wolf and food chain" to pull these images up. You will just need to turn off your pop up blocker.
If you go to: Alaska Stock Wall Art Decor it will explain the ordering process for wall decor prints.
If you have any trouble or questions you can contact Carrie directly through her above e-mail or call Alaska Stock at: 1-800-487-4285.
The following are the images with the ASI code numbers from the Tek event that you may wish to consider.
